A Malaysian tax invoice, $0 the same PDF com1 makes
Free Malaysian Invoice Generator: SST categories, an MSIC code on every line, document-level discounts and charges, eight currencies and bank payment instructions. No sign-up, no watermark; nothing you type is stored, and your draft stays in this browser.
What the generator prints
- 01 MSIC codes The five-digit Malaysian Standard Industrial Classification code on each line, printed on the PDF and required for MyInvois.
- 02 SST categories Standard 6% or 8%, zero-rated, exempt or out of scope per line; the PDF breaks tax down by category and rate.
- 03 Document-level discounts and charges Applied to the whole invoice, shown on their own in the totals and on the PDF.
- 04 Eight currencies MYR by default; USD, SGD, EUR, GBP, JPY, CNY and AUD, the code printed beside every amount.
- 05 Bank payment instructions Bank, branch, SWIFT/BIC, account name and number, printed so the customer knows where to send the money.
- 06 No sign-up, no watermark The PDF is exactly what a paying com1 customer gets: no nag screen, no stamp.

Questions
- Is this really free?
- Yes. No sign-up, no email gate, no watermark. It exists so a Malaysian business can see com1's invoicing quality without committing.
- Can you submit this to LHDN / MyInvois for me?
- Not from the free tool: MyInvois submission needs a verified TIN, a digital certificate and OAuth credentials. A com1 account submits invoices to MyInvois directly.
- Where do my invoices go?
- Nowhere. Nothing is saved on com1's servers; the draft stays in this browser's local storage so a refresh does not lose it, and it is cleared once you download. Invoice history across devices is what the account is for.
- Does it handle SST exemption reasons?
- The free tool supports the Exempt category. For invoices that must print an exemption reason, use a com1 account.
- Why no logo upload?
- A logo upload would mean storing files, which the anonymous flow deliberately avoids. With an account the logo is set once and appears on every invoice.
